Hi _____! As discussed, here are details for your Dj engagement in Dublin in Sl. I have added dates and names below and signed for Ham.
If you would, please sign and date at the bottom, save your updates, and return a copy to me. You may make the copy No Mod if you like, before returning.
Please note I may need some promotional info from you ahead of time and we may need to do a sound check a day or two before the first gig

DUBLIN IN SL DJ AGREEMENT

PROMOTION MATERIALS:

. We will make event posts, signage and artist biographical notecard giver posters to further promote you and your music at the event.
. You are welcome to copies of these materials with full permissions for your own use
. Please provide Dj Manager, if you have them, any or all of the following:
1. A picture of your avatar performing (if you do not have one we will take one for you)
2. Your current web link(s) with songs to play, cd information, biographical text
3. Copy of any notecards you might already have with biographical text, picture
4. Copy of free t-shirt or other promotional product you may have

SOUND CHECKS:

. We do a full performance volume sound check with artists who have not played yet in Dublin
. This is simply to insure settings are all set OK, no skipping etc.
. We do these checks a day or two before the event proper

TERMS:

Dublin in SL will:
. Provide the venue
. Provide the stream (100 listener capacity; 128 kbs capacity)
. Pay Featured Dj fee per performance
. Simulcast the performance in SL and RL
. Give advance notice to reschedule if a day or time need to be changed

Featured Artist will:
. Perform at agreed day and time in Dublin in SL
. Give advance notice to reschedule if a day or time need to be changed
. Participate in a sound check at least a day before the event, if applicable
. NO Trash metal rock will be played at anytime (i.e ICP or Gwar)
. Any more then 15 Mins late the gig will be given to another Dj
. Only the Dj will be on stage during their event unless arranged before hand.
. Guest appearances need to be authorized at least a week before your event.
. Guests must adhere to all of Dublin's Dj policies
